The New Jersey Association for Justice is a statewide association of more than 2,700 trial lawyers. Our members represent individuals and consumers who have been harmed because of automobile accidents, medical malpractice, on-the-job accidents and faulty or dangerous products. Our members also represent people in matrimonial, civil rights and discrimination, employment and criminal matters.

NJAJ Business Partners for Justice are recognized at NJAJ events, in NJAJ publications, on the NJAJ web site, and elsewhere so our members know which businesses have joined our fight to preserve the civil justice system.

NJAJ is dedicated to preserving justice for all and protecting people’s rights by working to strengthen the laws for safer products and workplaces, a cleaner environment and quality health care. 

NJAJ fights to maintain a strong and vibrant civil justice system that allows those who have been harmed to seek justice and hold those responsible accountable.
