Insurance Fair Conduct Task Force

As you may know, I appointed an Insurance Fair Conduct Task Force to help NJAJ members navigate the new first-party bad faith insurance law that was signed by Governor Murphy in January.

The task force has met numerous times to review the new law and develop materials that members can adapt and use in cases. More material is being developed and will be added.

The documents prepared by the task force are being provided as a member service to NJAJ Regular Members only. A Regular Member is an attorney, who, for the most part, represents the plaintiff in personal injury cases.

Thank you to all of the members of the task force who have volunteered their time, effort and expertise to help all of us.
