Distracted Driving is:

1. Anything that takes your hands off the wheel.

2. Anything that takes your eyes off the road.

3. Anything that takes your mind off of the primary task of driving.

The New Jersey Association for Justice is working to help combat distracted driving and make our roads safer.

We have partnered with End Distracted Driving.org, an organization founded by Philadelphia trial lawyer Joel Feldman, whose 19-year-old daughter Casey was killed by a distracted driver as she crossed the street while walking to work in Ocean City, NJ in 2009.

Sign up with EndDD.org to become a speaker and talk to high school students about the dangers of distracted driving. EndDD.org will send you a draft letter you can use to contact your local high school.

We have developed an NJAJ version of Joel Feldman's distracted driving presentation.

Download the NJAJ version of Joel Feldman's turn-key PowerPoint presentation. You will be taken to a Google site to download the file. You can safely and easily download the presentation to your computer. When you get to a page that says Google is unable to scan the file, please click Download Anyway.

Please notify NJAJ Headquarters when you have a speaking engagement.
